Compare documents beyond revision history

Need to compare two separate contracts, or check a PDF someone just sent you against the one in fynk?

Document comparison now works beyond revision history. Compare two PDFs or two editor documents, with added and deleted text highlighted and a list of changes to jump through.

You can start a comparison:

  • From a document's Compare action

  • From the document list, by selecting exactly two compatible documents

  • From the Assistant when it offers a comparison for a request about exact wording or a redline

For PDFs, you can also choose a local PDF file to compare against a document in fynk.

Switch between Diff view and Raw view, choose revisions on either side, or swap sides as you review.

Comparisons require matching document formats: PDF with PDF, or editor document with editor document. A signed editor document still counts as an editor document.
