Headers and footers are now easier to manage directly on documents.

Previously, headers and footers were only available on templates and could not be changed once a document had been created. With this update, they can now also be managed directly on documents — whether you create a document from scratch, import it from Word, or generate it from a template.

This gives you more flexibility when adjusting document layouts, adding company details, legal notes, page information, or other recurring content after a document has already been created.

A small but useful improvement for keeping documents polished, consistent, and ready to send.

Dashboards just got more powerful.

All filters that are available in the document list can now also be used on dashboards. This gives you much more flexibility when analyzing documents, tracking work, and focusing on the exact data you need.

Whether you want to filter by status, team, template, metadata, tags, dates, or other document properties, you can now apply the same level of detail directly to your dashboard views.

This makes dashboards more precise, more useful, and easier to tailor to your workflows.

Sharing a document with someone who doesn't have a fynk account just got a lot simpler.

You can now generate a shareable link for any document and send it directly to external parties. No account required on their end, no friction on yours.

It's the fastest way to get a contract in front of the right person, whether it's a client, a counterparty, or a colleague outside your organization.

Bring your existing documents up to date. Automatically.

When you add new metadata fields to your account, your older documents don't update themselves. Until now, the only option was to open each document individually and trigger a new AI analysis by hand.

Discussions just got a useful upgrade: hyperlinks can now be added directly to discussion messages.

This makes it easier to reference external resources, related documents, help articles, tickets, or any other relevant links while collaborating on a document.

Instead of copying plain URLs into a thread, you can now keep discussions cleaner, more readable, and easier to follow.

A small improvement, but one that makes collaboration much smoother.

Getting around fynk should feel faster the more you use it.

That’s why we reworked the sidebar and top navigation.

You can now:

• Access recently visited documents and templates directly from the sidebar

• Favorite documents and templates for quick access

• Use the new topbar for global actions like Search and Create

The sidebar structure has also been simplified to make navigation more intuitive across the platform 🧠

We also refreshed document actions and tag management.

Actions are now easier to find and grouped more clearly, whether you’re uploading revisions, changing stages, downloading files, or archiving documents.

With this update, document stages can also be set manually. This gives you more flexibility when managing documents outside of a standard signing flow, including the option to mark documents as done without sending them for signature.

Tag handling has also been improved with a cleaner visual structure and better color organization 🎨
