What Dynamic Pricing Tables are
Dynamic Pricing Tables help sales teams create structured, calculation-ready pricing sections directly inside contract templates and documents.
They are best used in sales templates where pricing needs to be:
Clearly structured
Automatically calculated
Consistent across contracts
Easy to reuse without manual math
Pricing tables created in templates are, like any other content, duplicated into documents when a contract is generated.

Define columns such as item name, quantity, price, discount, subtotal, and total

Dynamic Pricing Tables are also covered by fynk’s AI analysis. This means:
Pricing tables are read and understood during AI contract analysis
Key pricing information can be summarized alongside clauses and metadata
Structured pricing doesn’t get lost when contracts are reviewed or onboarded
This is especially useful when:
Uploading third-party contracts with structured pricing
Reviewing signed agreements with complex pricing sections
Creating summaries for non-legal teams (Sales, Finance, Ops)
Note: AI analysis coverage focuses on understanding and summarizing pricing content — not recalculating or modifying tables.
What’s intentionally not included (yet)
To keep v1 focused and reliable, some commonly requested features are not part of the first release:
❌ CRM integration
❌ Tax columns or tax calculations
❌ Conditional logic (show/hide rows, conditional discounts)
❌ Advanced styling (column alignment, widths, cell sizing)
❌ Percentage-based discounts
❌ Custom calculations beyond standard totals
❌ Dynamic Pricing Tables are available only in fynk editor documents and templates. They cannot be used in uploaded PDFs.
These are frequently requested and already tracked for future iterations.
❌ Dynamic Fields or other dynamic content inside Dynamic Pricing Tables. Dynamic Pricing Tables are self-contained components. Other Dynamic Fields cannot be embedded directly inside a table. In practice, this is usually not a blocker:
Before Dynamic Pricing Tables existed, Dynamic Fields were often used to simulate tables With upcoming CRM integration and conditional logic, most of these use cases will be covered more cleanly. Today, pricing variations can be handled by creating multiple pricing tables and conditionally showing or hiding the relevant table at the paragraph level

“Where are the styling options?”
→ Basic structure is fixed in v1.
“Can I sync this with my CRM?”
→ CRM integration is the most requested next step and is planned after go-live.
“Can I add tax or custom calculations?”
→ Not in v1. We’ll wait for customer demand before prioritizing.
“Can I use pricing tables in documents?”
→ Yes. Pricing tables can be created in both templates and documents (in fynk editor only). Tables in templates are duplicated into documents as usual.
What’s coming next (directionally)
Based on customer demand and internal prioritization, future versions may include:
