Often, certain language in the first paragraph of a contract depends on whether a party is a person or a business. For example, “[Party name], a company registered at [party address]” versus “[Person name], residing at [address]”.
For contracts that could be with either a person or a company (NDAs, employment contracts where the employee is hired as an independent contractor from their own business), making party type an option for conditions would be a big help!
