Request for a “Read-Only” or “Non-Active User” Model:
During our internal discussions and a meeting with your colleague Stafane, a question or suggestion regarding the future licensing model came up. We have some users in our organization who do not actively work with contracts but simply want to access dashboards, reports, or analyses occasionally.
For this user group, a full-fledged user license is often difficult to justify, as they may only use the system once or twice a year. Therefore, we believe a separate licensing model for “Non-Active Users”—or purely “Read-Only” or dashboard users—would be very beneficial.
Such a model could increase the adoption of fynk within larger organizations, as information could be made accessible to a broader user group without requiring a full license for occasional readers.
