Internal batch signing: review and sign multiple contracts at once

Internal signatories, typically CEOs or other C-level executives, receive many independent contracts that need their signature. Signing each contract separately creates repetitive work and delays.

Provide a signing inbox or batch selection that lets an internal signer:

• Review the selected documents one by one, then sign all of them with one final confirmation.
• Alternatively, select and sign the entire batch directly, without having to open every document individually.

Support AES for this workflow, with batch authorization and a document-specific audit trail meeting the applicable signature requirements. The exact authentication and authorization model needs product/legal validation.

The workflow should support internal signing before or after the external counterparty, respecting each document's configured signing order. Documents remain independent, with their own counterparties, metadata and signing status.
