Problem
Custom messages (e.g. for signing requests, review requests, and other notifications) are currently static. Customers who want to personalize communication, for example by automatically inserting the recipient’s name or sender’s name, cannot do so today. This limits flexibility and makes automated messages feel less tailored and professional.
Solution
Allow the use of dynamic placeholders in custom message texts (e.g. recipient name, sender name, document name, etc.), which automatically populate when the message is sent.
