Today, working with templates in fynk is too complex for the majority of users. Templates are built by power users, but used by casual users who just want to quickly create a document and send it into the signing flow. fynk currently offers only two views for this, the Edit view and the General view,both overloaded, with the essential tasks hidden in the right sidebar.
This initiative solves the problem from both sides:
Consumption side – Guided Wizard: A calm, step-by-step fill-out flow that guides casual users through exactly the required tasks needed to send a document. The feeling should be: "done in a few clicks".
Creation side – Template Workflow & Sidebar Rework: Power users define the guided flow (step 1 → 2 → 3) without a full-fledged workflow builder. At the same time, the sidebar is rethought, because it is unfamiliar to users coming from Word/Google Docs and hides important things while overemphasizing unimportant ones.
