A dynamic pricing table lists products or services with quantity and price, and calculates the subtotals and the total for you. It's ideal for offers, order forms and service agreements. Products can also come straight from your CRM.

Available on Business and Pro · Beta

Add a pricing table to a template

  1. In the template, place the cursor where the table should go.

  2. In the right-hand Insert element panel, find Tables and choose Pricing table.

  3. Set up the columns, for example item, description, quantity, unit price and total. [CHECK: configurable columns]

  4. Choose the currency. Tax columns and automatic tax calculations are not currently supported.

Fill in the table

When someone creates a document from the template, they add the line items: the item, the quantity and the price. fynk calculates each line total and the grand total. You can still change the lines in the document as long as it's being edited.

Fill it from your CRM

If fynk is connected to Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive, the pricing table can pull products and prices from the deal you create the document from. Other systems can fill the table through the API or Zapier. See Integrations overview.

Good to know

  • Conditions don't work inside a pricing table. To show or hide the whole table, put it in a conditional section.

  • Normal tables in the editor can't calculate. Use a pricing table whenever you need sums.

  • To place the pricing table inside a layout, for example next to other content, insert it into a single-cell table without borders.

  • Pricing tables are in beta. Their options may change. [CHECK: still beta?]

  • Totals are calculated per pricing table. To show a total across several pricing tables, add it yourself, for example in a Currency dynamic field.
