Import your first contracts

Get your existing contracts into fynk the right way: test with a few, confirm the AI results, then import the rest.

The quickest way to see what fynk can do is to import a few of your existing contracts. The AI reads them and fills in parties, dates and key terms, and fynk starts reminding you of deadlines.

Available on all plans · Bulk import: Essential, Business and Pro

Before you start

Make sure your company is set up as an internal party under My Parties. Otherwise the AI can't tell which side is yours. See Set up your internal parties (My Parties).

Step 1: Test with a few contracts

  1. Pick two to five typical contracts as PDFs.

  2. Drag them onto fynk, or go to Documents and click Upload files.

  3. Choose Import without signing.

  4. Wait one to three minutes per document while fynk reads them.

Step 2: Check and confirm the results

  1. Open each document and click Review AI results.

  2. Check the document type, parties, dates and key terms. Click a value to see where it was found in the PDF.

  3. Correct anything that's wrong, then click Confirm results.

Only confirmed values are used for reminders, dashboards and filters. See Review and confirm AI analysis results.

Step 3: Adjust your setup

If values are missing or wrong, adjust the document types or metadata descriptions, then test again with a new document. See AI analysis didn't find a value or can't process a file.

Step 4: Import the rest

Import up to 200 files at a time. Give each import a name and choose a team and tags for it, so you can filter and review the batch later. See Upload and import existing contracts.
