fynk has four plans. They all include the core of contract management: the editor, templates, signing, metadata, AI and the calendar. The higher plans add workflows, branding, integrations and enterprise security.

Who needs a user seat

• Everyone who logs in to fynk needs a paid user seat. This includes internal approvers, people who are assigned tasks, and colleagues who only want to receive notifications or view documents.
• There's no view-only seat.
• External parties who review or sign through fynk don't need a seat.
• The Free plan has one user.

Good to know

• On the Free plan, you can upload up to 10 files at once.
• There's no separate sandbox or test environment, because fynk releases updates continuously. To test, use a separate free account.
• One plan applies to your whole account. You can't mix plans for different users.
• Need more than 10 users? Talk to sales about Pro.
