AI credits: allowance, top-ups and usage

How AI credits work in fynk: your monthly allowance, what uses credits, top-ups and where to see your usage.

Some AI features in fynk use AI credits. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can buy more whenever you need them.

Your monthly allowance

Each plan includes credits per user per month:

The credits of all users are pooled for the whole account, so everyone can use them. When you add or remove users, the allowance is adjusted automatically. Individual limits per user aren't possible.

What uses credits

Only the AI actions below use credits. Credits are charged for completed actions that give you a usable result. Applying, reading or filtering the results afterwards doesn't use credits.

Costs as of September 2026. If an AI action fails because of a technical error, no credits are used.

When credits reset

Your included credits reset at the start of each billing period. For example, if your billing period starts on the 12th, your credits reset on the 12th of each month. Unused included credits don't roll over.

Buy top-ups

If you need more credits, buy a top-up package. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months and available to the whole account.

To buy a top-up:

Go to Account settings → AI credits usage and click Buy AI credits.
Choose a package. For more than 2,000 credits, choose Custom bundle and click Talk to sales. Custom bundles have volume pricing and are invoiced annually.
Click Continue to checkout.

Self-service customers pay top-ups straight away. With individual billing terms, top-ups appear on your invoice or a separate invoice.

See your usage

Go to Account settings → AI credits usage to see your usage in real time. You can see:

AI credits remaining, split into Monthly subscription AI credits and Top up AI credits
Days until subscription AI credit reset, with the reset date. Unused monthly AI credits expire.
Your usage on the tabs By actions and By users

You can also see your balance in the billing settings and in the sidebar. You receive a warning when 80% of your credits are used. In the AI Assistant, you can see which actions it carried out for your request.

When credits run out

Results you already have stay. All features that don't need AI credits keep working, so you can still create, edit, send and sign documents. AI features are available again when you buy a top-up or your credits reset.

Good to know

During the 14-day trial, you can run up to 30 AI analyses. New accounts also get 200 onboarding credits per user for the first month.
AI features can't be turned off for individual users or for the whole team.
Usage is shown by action and by user. It can't be broken down by document.
Only the current billing period is shown. For older usage data, contact support.
Usage can't be exported.
When you upgrade, your new allowance applies immediately. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period.
If you think credits were charged incorrectly, contact support. Incorrect charges are refunded.
