Click the ? icon in fynk and choose Chat with us. Our AI assistant answers right away and hands you over to the support team if needed. You can also email support@fynk.com.

When you contact us about a problem, include the document link and a screenshot if possible.

fynk flows: weekly Q&A

An open session every Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 (CET) where you can ask questions and learn from other customers. It's open to all customers, from beginners to experienced users, and includes best practices. The session ends if nobody joins in the first 15 minutes. Join on Zoom.

fynk forward: monthly webinar

On the last Thursday of every month from 14:00 to 15:00 (CET), we show a workflow or use case with best practices and a live Q&A. The webinar starts exactly at 14:00 and ends if nobody joins in the first 15 minutes. Join on Zoom.

Personal onboarding and training

Guided onboarding is included on Pro and available as an option on Business. Contact us or your Customer Success Manager to book it.
