fynk is a contract management platform. You use it to store and track your existing contracts, create new ones from templates, negotiate them with the other party and have them signed electronically. The AI reads every contract and keeps track of dates and key terms for you.
Available on all plans
What you can do with fynk
- Keep all contracts in one place: import existing contracts. The AI fills in parties, dates and key terms, and fynk reminds you before notice dates.
- Create contracts faster: build templates with placeholders and optional clauses, and create new contracts in minutes.
- Negotiate and approve: share documents with the other party, discuss changes and get internal approvals.
- Sign electronically: with simple, advanced or qualified electronic signatures.
- Work at scale: create documents in bulk from Excel, connect your CRM and other tools through integrations or the API, and use your own branding.
The core concepts
How it fits together
- You set up your account: your company as an internal party, users, teams, document types and metadata.
- You import existing contracts. The AI recognises the document type, parties and metadata, and you confirm the results.
- You create new contracts from templates, share them for review, get approval and send them for signing.
- Signed contracts are stored with their metadata. fynk reminds you of deadlines and shows them on dashboards and in your calendar.
Parties, users and signatories
These are different things. A party is a company or person on one side of the contract. A user works on the document in fynk. A signatory signs for a party. For example, Example GmbH is the party, Maria from its legal team reviews the contract as an external user, and Thomas, its managing director, signs.
