If an email from fynk doesn't arrive, it's usually caught by a spam filter or blocked by the recipient's mail server. Here's what to check.

Available on all plans · All roles

For recipients

  1. Check the spam or junk folder.
  2. Search the inbox for emails from fynk.
  3. Make sure the email address in fynk is spelled correctly.
  4. Ask your IT team whether emails from fynk are blocked or held in quarantine. See Email delivery and whitelisting.

Signing invitation expired

Links in signing emails are valid for 48 hours. If a link has expired, the recipient can request a new link with one click on the page that opens.

Check whether an email was sent

Open the document and check the activity feed. It shows which notifications were sent and to whom.

Notifications in fynk

  • Check your notification preferences in your profile.
  • You can turn notifications on or off for each document (email, web or off).
  • Team notifications send updates to whole teams. See Notifications: who gets notified and how.

Still not arriving?

If an email reached the CC recipient but not the main recipient, the recipient's mail server is usually filtering it. Ask their IT team to allow emails from fynk. If this doesn't help, contact support with the document name and the recipient's email address.
