With your brand identity, the emails fynk sends and the page your external partners see when they review or sign look like they come from your company.

Available on Essential, Business and Pro · Owner and Admin

Set up your brand identity

  1. Go to Account settings → Brand identity.
  2. Upload your Company logo.
  3. Choose the Primary color (used for buttons and highlights) and Text on primary.
  4. Choose the Background and Text on background colours.
  5. Add an Email signature. It's plain text and appears at the end of the emails fynk sends on your behalf.
  6. Optional: turn on Keep names and content out of emails. Emails from fynk then leave out names and document content.
  7. Save your changes.

Each field shows a live preview. Switch the preview between Email and Web (wizard) to see your branding in emails and on the external signing page.

Your branding is used in the emails to external partners and in the external signing page.

Personal messages

The standard email texts can't be changed. You can add a personal message each time you share a document or send it for signing, for example to explain what you need from the recipient.

Good to know

  • In emails, the background colour is the band at the top and the primary colour is the button colour. On the external signing page, your logo appears top left above the document name, and the background colour is behind the signing window.
  • The email subject contains the document title. Include your company name in the title so recipients recognise the email.
  • German emails always use the informal "Du". There is no formal "Sie" version. If that doesn't suit your recipients, send the emails in English or share a personal link instead.
  • Choose colours with enough contrast, so buttons and text stay readable.
  • Emails are sent from a fynk address. Your own email domain or mail server can't be used. See Email delivery and whitelisting.
  • To remove the fynk logo from your PDFs, use headers and footers. See Headers and footers.
