Your contracts contain sensitive information. Here's how fynk protects them.

Available on all plans

Hosting and data

• fynk is hosted on AWS in the EU. Your contract content is stored in Germany. See Data processing locations and subprocessors.
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Backups are made every 24 hours and stored encrypted in another EU location.

Certifications

• fynk is ISO 27001 certified.

AI and your data

• AI features run on EU-based infrastructure (Azure OpenAI in the EU, and Mistral).
• Your data isn't used to train AI models.

Access control

• Roles and teams control who sees which documents.
• Two-factor authentication, session management and alerts for logins from new devices protect user accounts.
• Pro accounts can use SSO and SCIM.
• An audit trail records what happens to each document.

Availability and support

• fynk's target availability is 99.5%.
• Support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 (CET).
• Pro customers can agree on a custom SLA.

Good to know

• On-premise installation isn't available.
• When you leave fynk, you can export all documents and metadata.
