How fynk sends emails
- All emails are sent from the fynk.com domain.
- Since October 2026, fynk emails are signed with DKIM and protected by DMARC. This helps mail servers recognise them as genuine.
- Your own domain or mail server (SMTP) can't be used for sending.
Allow emails from fynk
Ask your IT team to allow emails from the domain fynk.com in your mail server or spam filter. fynk sends through AWS from changing servers, so there's no fixed list of IP addresses to allow. Use the domain and the DKIM signature instead.
If your partners don't receive signing emails, the same applies on their side.
Good to know
- The CC recipient getting an email while the main recipient doesn't is a typical sign of filtering on the recipient's side.
- Links in signing emails are valid for 48 hours. A new link can be requested with one click.
